Income in Reserve…It is said that a new agent should have at least six months of living expenses in reserve.  There are startup costs and residual expenses involved in practicing real estate.

Team player… You are in business for yourself but not by yourself.  Being part of a team and conducting yourself by the rules is invaluable in obtaining and sustaining success.

Goal Orientated… Failing to plan is a plan to fail. Being a self motivator and diligently working your business plan is essential. Going the extra mile is absolutely necessary.
